Dr. László Simon
 Currently I am the partner of L.S. Simon Attorneys-at-Law of HU-1132 Budapest, Alig u. 14, Hungary, established in Budapest in 1983. In order to benefit from the knowledge and expertise gathered during management of restructuring of a major state-owned firm occurred first ever in Hungary on the eve of democratic transformation, I joined Law Office # 12 in 1988, which was restructuring as Simon, Bűrös & Partners in February 1993, as Simon & Petz in March 2003, and again as L.S. Simon in August 2013.
As a transactional lawyer my legal services rendered in framework of the Office are focused mainly on various domestic and international aspects of business law, and I provide professional services for a multitude of clients, Hungarian and foreign nationals, private and legal persons, in the Hungarian, English and German languages.
Before having joined the predecessor of L.S. Simon I was working at the Legal Department of Medicor Works as a candidate lawyer from 1977, and after my passing of all prescribed legal and language exams (English and German) I was employed there as a foreign trade legal adviser until 1988. During this 11-year employment, I was mainly dealing with drafting of foreign trade supply, turnkey, service, license, agency and distribution agreements, furthermore with handling of foreign trade legal disputes.
I graduated from Faculty of Law Sciences of József Attila University of Szeged, Hungary with highest praise (“summa cum laude”) in 1977, and later passed my bar exam, and language exams in the English and German languages with high and medium degree, respectively.
